A taste of the French countryside popping up in the heart of The Hamptons. Inspired by generations of family tradition and Sunday gatherings, La Famille is more than a bakery - it’s a celebration of togetherness, comfort, and the simple joys of life.

La Famille pastries

Our pastries are handmade in small batches using local, seasonal ingredients. Each bite captures the simple, authentic flavors of home—just like what I grew up with.

Our pure butter croissants are carefully hand-laminated with Isigny St. Mère butter, while our pain au chocolat is filled with rich Valrhona chocolate. For our ham and cheese croissants, we combine Comté, whole grain mustard, and Jambon for a perfect balance of savory goodness.

My name is Lucie

I was born and raised in the Périgord — a quiet corner of the French countryside, just outside Bordeaux.

I grew up in my parents' restaurant, a small, farm-to-table place nestled on our family farm. It was open only on weekends, serving a limited menu crafted from whatever was fresh and in season. There were no printed menus, no frills — just simple, authentic dishes prepared by my mom using produce from the farm, served family-style. Our home was always filled with people — welcomed into our world, sharing food, stories, and traditions.

Sundays were a treat in our house. We’d spend the morning baking cakes, roasting chicken, setting the table, and lingering over long lunches that felt like they could stretch on forever. The day always ended with a long walk outside, savoring the late summer light.

That sense of warmth, connection, and simplicity is what I want to share with you through La Famille. Every pastry I bake is a reflection of those Sundays — a blend of tradition, local ingredients, and heartfelt care. It’s my way of inviting you to slow down, savor the moment, and feel right at home, week after week.

Starting May 17th, pre-orders will be available for a weekly box of seasonal, assorted pastries —available every Saturday through Labor Day.
Pre-orders open on Mondays and close on Thursdays, with very limited quantities each week.
Pick-up will be in Southampton on Saturdays. 🥐
